calesthenics and plyometrics. look into it.

basically if you want to want to be able to jump better, practice jumping. strengthen the muscles involved and practice jumping with added resistance. you can pay to get a good program over the internet, or just look around and you might finds tips and advice for free. i find pretty helpful.
