The side who gets Granger wins big time. Granger is a fantasy beast because of his 3's, steals, blocks, and high FT%.

Evans is much better in real life than fantasy, where he puts up so-so guard numbers without many 3's, steals, or blocks and doesn't shoot particularly well. Evan Turner is near-waiver in 10+ leagues and will likely be back on the bench now that Iggy is back from injury. Also, in any 2 for 1's you would need to dump somone, in your case, it looks like Barbosa.
