I missed WHY he did this.

He was defending a teammate right?
Could this be seen just as a Pitcher dinging a batter in baseball to send a message?

Is B-ball really that soft now?

I remember McHale clotheslining Rambis in the Finals back in the day...that was just TOUGH b-ball.
