They need to trade away all of their swingmen. They have Josh Chilldress, Josh Smith, Al Harrington, and Marvin Williams who are all the same type of player. They should get rid of Harrington and Childress for a point guard. Trade down with Philly and pick up Dalenbert and draft JJ Redick.
