Bargnani will be a backup SF/PF/C for his first year or two with the Raptors. He won't be starting at C or anywhere.

I think the long-term goal is to turn him into a C and simply force the other team to adjust matchups to the Raptors versatile frontcourt of him, Bosh and Charlie.

I'm thinking a better Mehmet Okur as a reasonable estimate for Bargnani (an almost best-cast scenario).
