Give Adelman a shot as GM
I think he has a knack for spotting and developing talent...also build the team around those who Nate says he wants...I personally like Jack, Webster, and Pryzbilla, but Nate is the coach and needs a lot of input on who comes in and who goes. Between them, I think Nate and Adelman could build a winner. Also schedule 5-8 home games a year outside of Portland...Gill, Mac Court, try to make this an Oregon Team rather than just a Portland team
