Karl is absolutely right in trying to run Melo and JR out of town. As all the great players have said (i.e. Karl Malone, KG), the players need to buy into the coach's system if they are to win. Melo and JR on the other hand don't play within any kind of offensive system. They're just like two freelancers out there. Those two guys are the wrong type of players for Karl to be coaching.
