I think this is ok. I was pretty unhappy with McMillan in the playoffs, because he was unable to adapt. This season, however, McMillan really had to learn what to do with the absence of Roy (new assistant coaches may have helped too). In the past, it was 'iso, iso, iso,' but now there are actually plays that this team runs, which has me more optimistic about his coaching. Plus, if McMillan left, I don't see any better coaches that are available and willing to take over, so McMillan is likely the best of our options, even if he is not perfect.

How do you guys feel about this signing?
