I am 20 and I pay too much for school so there is no way I am moving out anytime soon. It would be nice though but oh well. I don't really have a good answer to your question though, I guess it depends on the circumstances. If the person is a lazy bum then something has to be done. Maybe when they have a career or when they are just financially stable?
