Great deal for Memphis.
This deal isn't awful for Houston as it, if everyone is healthy next year, definetly helps them make a run at a title with McGrady sliding back to the 2-guard. It does hurt them in the long-run though as Gay's ceiling is MUCH higher than anything Battier can provide.
