There will be enough talk in the national media about how bad the officiating was in 2006 to put some pressure on the league front office to ensure their league doesn't lose any more legitimacy in the minds of fans, by giving the Miami Heat preferential officiating.
So, long story short, Cuban may not be given any reason to be fined heavily or at all.
