Sounds like a broken head gasket. That's not even a big problem as long as you keep putting antifreeze in your radiator. Same thing happened to me a year and a half ago and they wanted to charge me a crap load of money to get it fixed. Then a buddy of mine said as long as I kept the antifreeze/water topped in the radiator it would be fine. I have to fill it up every three weeks or it starts overheating, but it's been fine.
