eat "healthy" foods. eat a balanced diet. just cut out all the "superfluous" foods I listed earlier.
That's cool, BUT MJ didn't always have 3-4% body fat, so I'm wondering what exactly did he do to get down that far. I'm assuming he cut out eating junk food abd did TONS of cardio, right?
