keep an active lifestyle, continue to exercise (though not as strenuously as you do during the diet), and eat for the sake of feeling full, not for the sake of gluttony.
once you get to your target weight, you should develop a natural instinct for eating that you maintain a dynamic equiilibrium.
one step at a time. you cannot get from 1 to 10 without getting to 2 first.
