I think MJ like Butch cause he pulls no punches with players. Will tell a guy in a second that he's not putting in the needed effort. That's something MJ can get behind.

Looking at the makeup of the 'Cats Butch wouldn't be bad for them cause none of their key guys are known to be primadonnas.
