Who is the most over and underpaid players in the game?

I think most overpaid:

Rashard Lewis: $21,136,630

&

Antawn Jamison $15,076,715

Underpaid there's a lot, but:

Ryan Anderson: $2,244,601

&

Delonte West: $1,146,337

Both are important parts of their teams, and much worse players are paid a lot more.

What do y'all think?
