The thing that hurt the most about Wallace was that he wanted to stay, you hardly ever find any All Star caliber players who would stay in a small market long but GW embraced it. I still think the trade had to happen but that doesn't make it sting any less. I think if we could have gotten Batum it may have been a bit easier to deal with.
