DHoward is usually ranked below 50 for our kind of league. He is ranked 120 in yahoo this season, but that is too low IMO. Anyway, you are keeping in round 1 a guy that has ranked 120 this season
In other formats he can easily be a top 10 though.

Millsap is a top 10 fantasy player that goes in round 4.
Lee is a top... 30? fantasy player (ranked 44 this season in yahoo) that is not even a legit keeper this season (he would go in round 2).
I don't know how I can put it clearer for you to see the difference
