Neither was Visery's but that was definitely her brother. Not all T's are immune. Shown in Visery's crown and the incident in Summerhall which I believe are from the dunk and egg stories.
Basically, Some T's wanted to hatch dragon eggs, went to Summerhall, burned the place down, 99% sure no actual dragons hatched. However it was the day that RH T was born so.... maybe he was the dragon that was hatched but clearly not the dragon they meant to hatch.
