Re: So... Wth are we going to do during offseason to make sure this won't happen again?
How about the following deal with the new Brooklyn Nets:
Chicago sends Carlos Boozer, Kyle Korver and Ronnie Brewer and get back:
Kris Humphries, Anthony Morrow and Gerald Green.
I would be really happy if this deal were to go down, but at the same time I feel it is fair and beneficial to both teams.
The Nets get more talent, some veterans and some guys that know how to play well with DWill which they are trying to keep in Brooklyn long term.
They would have a lineup of Lopez, Boozer, Wallace, Brooks and Williams.
That looks like a pretty solid team and also certainly a playoff team.
The Bulls get younger and more athletic, get back an excellent three point shooter in Morrow to replace Korver, Humphries isn't the scorer Boozer is but rebounds just as well, plays better defense and is younger. We also save a considerable amount of money to be able to add more offensive peaces that we need.
Rose - Watson
Hamilton - Morrow - Butler
Deng - Green
Gibson - Humphries
Noah - Asik
Like i've stated before we could sign Hinrich and Jamison on minimal deals to fill out the roster. And through the draft try to get an Austin Rivers or a Fab Melo.
What do you guys think of this trade proposal?
