Once all 12 members have been figured out, we will discuss fee and all other issues democratically, as always. As far as I know, the entry fee is the same. If someone wants to have a vote to kick it up, we'll do that.
Rules have always been done that way. Unless something is brought up for a vote, it will just stay the same.
