Carlos Delfino off to Houston
Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:
The Houston Rockets have reached a one-year deal with former Milwaukee Bucks forward Carlos Delfino, with a team option for a second year, the Houston Chronicle reported Monday.
Delfino, who played for Argentina's fourth-place finisher in the London Olympics, was an unrestricted free agent this summer. But the Bucks decided earlier in the summer not to pursue the 6-foot-6 veteran, who will turn 30 years old this month.
The Bucks instead focused their efforts on retaining unrestricted free agent power forward Ersan Ilyasova, who signed a four-year deal worth a guaranteed $32 million. They also recently signed 7-1 center Joel Przybilla to a one-year deal.
