How is he going to get his medals stripped?

The rule says he cannot promote a sponsor between july and august

So a photo leaked. It doesn't mean he's promoting it. There are 10 other months in which he can actually promote the sponsors.

The rule also doesn't say he cannot take pictures during these two months either...

OH NO. we better strip lebron of his gold medal because I saw an ad of him during the london games.
