The Cowboys also won 4 games by 3 points or less (SF, WSH x2, MIA), so you could just as easily argue they could have been 4-12 as opposed to 13-3 had they won all their close games. Goes both ways. And we're not talking about lucky bounces here, most of their close losses were due to a severe lack of focus from players or coaches. That's not a positive.

And to make these excuses seem even more lame, the Giants had to play the Saints and Packers while the Cowboys played the Lions and Bucs.
