I agree with amber. Single leg stuff can be good, especially if you try and attempt pistol squats. I haven't worked on it legitimately and when I tried doing one ass to grass, I almost didn't get to stand back up.
But yeah, variations of lunges, squats, jumps, and sprints will cover you. Just make sure to not go into sprints and jumps 100% right away. Stuff will leave you sore for days, maybe even weeks, if you didn't build yourself up properly.
