It would be ridiculous to argue that it's a good situation for either. But they've got a team that can't run and two QB who can't throw. They'd be fools not to try the one who can run.

Well, they are 2-2. It's not like they're 0-4. Though, with their injuries and situation I'm not sure it matters who is at QB. I don't think you give up on your QB this early in the season. Give him 2 more games at least.
