This is my routine to start.
Shoot 100 FT's
3pt Shooting - Start in corner shoot 3, run, grab the reb before it touches floor and sprint to other corner.
Shoot 100 FTs
100 Shots - 25 3pts, 25 set jumpers, 25 pull up and 25 layups.
Shoot 10 3s from each spot (left corner, left wing, middle, right wing, right corner).
What you think? should i add or disregard anything?
