Do these tend to help with dribbling the ball with full speed? Or is that a separate drill altogether?
In terms of protecting the ball, is the best way really is to put your body in between the ball and defender? along with squatting down.
Also how much can you use your offhand when dribbling, in terms of protecting the ball?
