Have a chance to pull off a blockbuster, want some advice before moving futher.

I'm giving up:
RG3
Cruz
Shady

I'm getting:
Weeden
B. Marshall
AP
Stephens-Howling or Marcel Reese to use for this week for my Flex

Are the upgrade potential at WR and HB worth giving up RG3? My other QB is Big Ben, so I'm taking a risk at that position. Vick's his starting QB, so I think I can get away with taking those guys from him if I offer him Griffin.

My team now in a 14 man league:
RG3/Big Ben
Cruz/Austin/Wayne/Sidney Rice
Shady/T-Rich
Owen Daniels/ Martellus Bennett
