So, Ace, where else do you think there is such a high proportion of people of african descent in a city where communities are massively segregated? Outside of africa obviously. Paris might be worth looking at, but its hardly as segregated. Rio or SP, Brazil, perhaps, but thats such a different racial construct its hard to compare.
