unfortunately I think alot of the people that vote do have that mind set...both with ROY and MVP...it's just as much of a team award as it is an individual award, maybe even MORE of a team award.

RG3 is having one of the greatest rookie years for a QB I have ever seen, he is playing at an ELITE level...but the team's W/L will be viewed against him even though it shouldn't
