Is AGENT, "The Agency" that people at Sony were so ecstatic about at E3 a couple years ago?

I have a feeling that I will probably get GT3 and Tomb Raider. I've been following Tomb Raider and I really want that franchise to be revived properly. One of those games that used to scare the shit out of me as a kid.

I'm interested in AGENT though.
