Does anyone have sliders they can recommend?

I had 2k11 but I skipped 2k12 and this game is a lot different. My least favorite part about sports game is sliders.

It seems like the all the sliders I looked up having 100 for inside contact frequency or driving contact frequency, I've always hated that and I always wanted it lower.

What are you guys' sliders for this game?
