Pretty much. Humans are despicable pieces of shit, color is really irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. We all share a collective human nature made up of lust for and abuse of power is the underlying bedrock on which racism, sexism, xenophobia, etc rest.
I grew up in South Africa during the last few years of the Apartheid regime, when Whites had absolute power. That system's atrocities are well documented. But now that the Whites have been more or less marginalized in government (although not at all from positions of power, wealth, etc) you see some of the same evils being practiced upon them. Some members of the ANC (the Black ruling party in the country since the end of Apartheid) have openly called for the violent redistribution of farmland which involves the butchering of White land owners:
