NHL players don't get as much AAV as other sports, but they get very long deals.

Alex Ovechkin - 13 years/124 million
Shea Weber - 14 years/110 million
Ryan Suter - 13 years/98 million

The contract that paid the most per year in NHL history was Jaromir Jagr's 7 year/77 million dollar contract with the Capitals.
The way these contract are set up though is pretty unique. The bulk of these contracts are paid in the top end of it. They slowly dindle down and you can send them to the minors with a minors contract in place.
