All this Neymar talk needs to be taken with a grain of salt, just last week this dude was set to move to Barcelona this summer after the Confederations cup. I will say though I think it would be quite interesting if Neymar went to Bayern or City and Barcelona got Kun Aguero (as they reportedly are set to make a bid this summer if they miss out on Neymar).
