Right now after two games I’m leaning toward Lebron as FMVP in absentia.
We’ll see what happens the rest of the way.

Dude like this (cept with his girl) hit me in the chest at range with a loaf of bread when I was like fourteen. Haha. I dropped it somewhere cuz I was about to leave and dude’s like… put it back!
Moment I’ll never forget. Funny middle aged dudes like that exist when imo you can tell by how they stand they would get dropped with alil contact....

All your little corny one-liners. Ha ha.
He led his team to 69 wins being the only consistent offensive threat mostly by using IQ and guile in a league where guys matched him physically (Penny, Grant Hill, Kobe, etc). Even won a Finals swing game on the road when he wasn't close to 100%. Who else has done that?
I think 91 was his best...

His MPG has been steadily around 27-30 across those seasons actually. He only got benched in the playoffs this year. Not surprising he peaked at 27-28, most players do.

I hesitate to say someone has "fallen off" when really their playing time has. It particularly looks bad when it's a microwave scorer that rots on the bench in the doghouse and then is expected to just come in and make it rain when they rely on rhythm. It is very easy for a player like him to look great given consistent minutes and look horrible...

It's pretty inexplicable why he's playing so heavy.
At his age, just playing competitive NBA basketball every other night, with practice days in between, should keep him in good shape. I cant imagine he's just eating so much that even NBA basketball won't slim him down. It really doesnt make sense.
Look how much slimmer he was just this...

I think it’s safe to say that Dončić will always be in Dražen Petrović’s shadow! You gotta have stamina big bro!

Tatum ****s up loudly sometimes but we're comparing him to Brandon Ingram, not Steph Curry. He hardly has to be perfect to come out looking better in this comp.

Dallas would have to put Hardaway on Tatum or Brown if he's playing with their two stars. If Tatum's scoring gets unleashed this series is over so maybe that's why TH K doesn't play. That's just me guessing what Kidd is thinking. If I had his job I would be ready to try something new.

Your comment wasn't as smart as you think it is tbh. Tatum's mistakes tend to be very loud though so I kinda get why you would say it.

I just can't stand players who remind me of Tyler Herro :lol I don't mind Tim actually, I just wouldn't want him on my team so if I'm looking at from Kidd's perspective I'm gonna be hesitant to play him. Worth a look over Josh Green I suppose but I see why Kidd is hesitant. Also Hardaway has fallen off the last few years. If this was 2020 or...

Not playing defense like the other guys is an outcome you're going to have to accept if you're that starved of offense. Regardless that's a little overblown if someone like Hauser can make the floor and not hurt the team.
Kidd and several Mav players keep talking about needing a third scoring guy to come along. They have one, they just don't...

Because he bricks most of the time and doesn't play defense like the other guys? It works if he's hot but it's quite a gamble you're asking Kidd to take.

What am I missing? Hardaway can get going with much less space than the Celtics are affording the Mavs.
Against the Celtics this year:
Kyrie is being bottled up by the Celtics. Doncic is doing his thing. Nobody else can create some offense or shoot in tight spaces. THJ would be abusing these walk up 3s.

The Celtics are up 2-0 with Tatum shooting 12/38 over the first 2 games, disproving yet another of your theories that his "expert jumpshooting" is the reason Boston is gonna win.
