thomas screwed up a team working for ownership that was willing to spend money, despite having the highest payroll in the league they (ownership) were rewarded with crap.

dunleavy makes lousy moves but works for a cheap owner, he has less margin for error... if he had the kind of financial backing thomas had dunleavy could probably hide his mistakes better

I actually really like Mike Dunleavy the GM. Mike Dunleavy the coach on the other hand not so much
