What do you guys think about a package deal that could possibly send Nene out of town get a deal with a team for a Center and draft pick (maybe a point guard?)

I mean I was reading an article from denverstiffs.com which talked about the idea of letting Nene go.

That guy is an idiot he says hed rather pay birdman 4 million a year than rasheed 6---- and the idea of trading nene is terrible

Majority of those trade ideas involve us shipping Nene away, which likely won't happen considering how well he played this season. Also, if the Nuggets are looking at another big, I'd prefer they go after someone like Kaman, who although is injury prone, is still young and very productive when he's out on the court as stated. Also, the article doesn't mention David Lee, whom the Knicks are "supposedly" shopping.

Would love having a young stud(double-double machine) who can give you 16/12, on a nightly basis and is only getting better too. *wishes*

Does Denver even have a pick this year?

And I don't want Nene to go, but I don't think he should start either. He should be the first big off the bench, I just don't know who would start in his place. I also love the idea of having David Lee.

I can't imagine a second rounder getting any playing time on this team, though you never know I guess.

Well maybe if we get a legit pg, maybe a guy like a Darren Collison, that shooting guard from LSU Marcus Thornton looks like someone who can really play some ball, I can defenitely see him playing at the two cuz he plays "D" and spreads the floor offensively.

So somehow get 2 bigs better than nene? That seems near impossible- your not thinking kmart is better than nene are you? I believe kmart(even as the highest paid player) would be the perfect 1st big off the bench as he could play when carmelo and nene rest and w them as well

Anyone know the word on how Hansbrough's stock is looking? I'd love to have him coming off the bench.

Hansbrough will go somewhere between 10 and 20 meaning the nugs would have to trade into a pick for him- I like him too but even though the chances of the nugs getting a pick are very low if they do imo it has to be to go after one of the gaurds- sadly it seems that holiday(my fav for the nugs) "stock" is rising up to the un reachable in a trade area- still think he's perfect and teague would be great too, supposedly brandon jennings is sliding and he would be great too- denver was supposed to have seen my pick #34 favorite lester hudson yesterday along w 20 other teams- hopefully he is what I think and the nugs but no one else agrees

I'd like to see Denver try to move up and get Jrue Holiday, but doesn't look like that's happening.


Don't think it's smart to move Nene either, unless a good offer comes up.


Think we'd get someone in the 2nd round that would have a realistic shot at any playing time? or just another Sonny Weems:confusedshrug:

Rumor has it Karl hates Weems and he will likely be gone or back down to the d league.

Really? Don't really know much about Weems except for the fact that he's really athletic.

Saw him whenever he came in during garbage times but that wasn't even alot.

Really hope we can pick up something useful this draft, but kinda high hopes because so far we only got a 2nd.
