Caron Butler not fitting in with Mavs quite as well right now
ESPN reports: Caron Butler (25 points) had a big game for the Dallas Mavericks, but his jump-shooting ways haven't gone over well during his time with the team. He's not much of a standstill 3-point shooter and he doesn't get enough touches to make up for his lack of efficiency with volume, making him a candidate to be dropped if you need a roster spot at this crucial juncture of the season, big game and all.

Would you rather still have Gooden and an injured Howard? Mavs will be fine. Butler and Haywood was the steal of the year. Yeah, even with Jamison and Z playing together now, I'm still saying the Mavs pulled off the steal of the year.

He is fitting perfectly with the team... they just ran out of road this postseason for him to show that.
