nene/kmart/bird-who defends pf's best?
 

I saw some kid write that kmart defends pf's better than anybody- I think that without a doubt nene defends pf's clearly better than kmart

Looking ahead, who do you want covering amare, dirk, or pau? For me I think nene for sure against pau or amare, and prob against dirk too, though I like birdman on dirk as well

It really depends on the matchup. Kenyon (when healthy) is obviously more mobile and better able to match up against shooting power forwards like Dirk, West, Amare, Bosh, Aldridge (he literally makes the last two look stupid). Nene has more size and bulk, so he is a better fit for post-oriented power forwards like Gasol and centers. Overall, Kenyon is the better defender because of his versatility.

Petro is easily our best big at help defense and defending the pick-and-roll. He has proven to be a reliable post defender as well. Bird is the best help defender but the worst man defender. Bad at rotating and frequently falls for pump fakes. Gets abused in paint when bodying anyone heavier than him.

Hate to say it but this is spot on. If he could just get that little bit extra to his game he could excell so much.

Watching that was one of the reasons I started paying attention to Millsap funny enough... shame it had to come against Bird.
