What rule changes should the NCAA make to improve college basketball?

The changes can involve the actual games, or the system of college basketball in general, recruiting, anything at all...

Everybody and their mothers can hit a college 3 pointer nowadays. It'll help space the floor a little better, moving the guard back a little bit.
