2010-11 Wolves training camp includes Mo Ager, Jason Hart, DerMarr Johnson
The Minnesota Timberwolves today signed unrestricted free agents Maurice Ager, Jason Hart, DerMarr Johnson and John Thomas, finalizing the training camp roster at 18 players.
Ager, a 6-5 guard, was selected with the 28th overall pick of the 2006 Draft by Dallas. The Michigan State alum has appeared in 78 career games with Dallas and New Jersey, averaging 2.0 points and 6.1 minutes per game.
Hart, a 6-3 guard from Syracuse, has played nine seasons in the NBA, averaging 4.8 points and 2.3 assists in 341 games. The 49th overall pick by Milwaukee in the 2000 Draft, Hart has also spent time with San Antonio, Charlotte, Sacramento, the L.A. Clippers, Utah, Denver, Minnesota and New Orleans. Hart was in camp with the Wolves last season and appeared in one game for Minnesota before a midseason trade to New Orleans.
The 6th overall pick of the 2000 Draft by Atlanta, Johnson has appeared in 344 games over seven seasons, averaging 6.2 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. The 6-9 forward from the University of Cincinnati has spent time with Atlanta, New York, Denver and San Antonio in the NBA, and played last season for a professional team in China.
Thomas, a University of Minnesota alum, returns for his second stint with the Wolves, having appeared in 44 games for Minnesota during the 2004-05 season. The 6-9 center was the 25th overall pick of the 1997 NBA Draft by New York, and has averaged 2.7 points and 2.1 rebounds over 208 career games with Boston, Toronto, Minnesota, Memphis, Atlanta and New Jersey.

He must be old as hell... I remember seeing him throw down rim-rattling dunks at The Barn with the likes of Sam Jacobsen, Miles Tarver, and Courtney James, when I was like 10.
