Yah but to go from the absolute joke of the league to top in attendance in 1 year seems crazy... the average fan doesn't know much about the Clips... or so I thought.

No matter the reason, it is always good to see an increase in NBA attendance.

not the 2007 numbers when every team except the Hornets drew 17000+ average in away games, but solid nonetheless. It's going to take some time to bring it back. I'm surprised the Pacers are 27th in home attendance with their good record. I would expect people to go watch a winning team.

Hey Bobcats are 14th attendance, just behind the Spurs. Back 2 back sellouts but pretty good for the worst team in the league.

The reason the clippers are first is to to variable pricing in the NBA now. Most teams charge more for better games, a lot of teams had the Clippers as a low or mid tear draw, and the tickets are cheaper. Heat Lakers Bulls tix for most teams are 40-60% higher price than a ticket to see the Clippers.

The Clippers were already top 5 in the league in road attendance last season.
