Interesting though that in most debates of Duncan vs. Shaq, Duncan's longevity is thrown in as one of his advantages, while Shaq has logged in that many minutes.

Shaq played from '93 -'11
Duncan played from '98-'12, and still going

If Duncan plays two more seasons after this one, he might pass Shaq in total career minutes

Uhm, no it's not.

People praise Duncan's consistency and reliability.

Shaq's great years are '93-2005. His good years are 2006-2007.

Duncan's great years are '98-2007. Good years are 2008-2010.

Shaq has both more great years and more overall years of high effectiveness.
