They usually take some time to wind up. Considering they are playing against the defending champs I don't think they are doing too bad for the first game of the season.

That, and there's like five new players in the rotation.

One of TNT's pre-game "keys" for the Heat was "incorporating new players" which I found funny since the Celtics were incorporating even more new players
