Amir Johnson may be the quietest tough guy in the NBA.

Johnson doesn’t talk the talk. He doesn’t brawl, but he doesn’t shy away from the physical stuff either.

But what he does do is play through more pain than most will ever know.

Johnson was at it again on Wednesday night turning an ankle severely enough that head coach Dwane Casey admitted he probably should not have come back.

“He goes in tapes and comes back,” Casey said. “He gave his body up to come back and (battled ) against Greg Monroe down the stretch and that guy is a handful.”

Amir is a real dude. i almost wish he'd get traded to a bigger market so more people would know how hard this guy plays every night...almost

:roll: Oh me too. It was just funny and the way how he talked about it after. But yeah, he's a tough hard worker. You can never have too many of those on your team. I think he'd be a great hustle guy off the bench for a playoff team.
