Valanciunas taken to hospital after game
Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas suffered a scare at the end of Tuesday's game against the Bulls, but it appears as if he will be OK. Valanciunas suffered what the team is calling a "whiplass-type" injury on the final play of the game, and had to leave the floor on a stretcher. He was taken to a hospital, but the injury does not sound especially serious at this time, as he is going in for precautionary testing. He was standing and sitting up after the game, but the team opted to be careful with the injury. At this point, his prognosis is not currently known.

Well that sucks. I started watching that game too, but tuned out when Jonas got into foul trouble. Even if it's not serious, doubt they'll risk playing him for the few games that are left. It's a shame, because his play has been the only thing keeping me interested in the Raps this season.
