So we are watching some spectacular individual performances this year, which got me wondering who the last player to have a better year than the following was:
Chris Paul at PG: 22/4/11/3
I'm thinking 89-90 Magic ? Or possibly 90-91 Stockton ?

The fact that Paul has the highest PER ever is just evidence of how ridiculously stupid that stat is. He is the most overrated player I have ever seen and I have been following since the early 90's

He is one of 4 stars on his team.
Peja is the most automatic assist in the league, West is their go-to scorer, and Chandler is the best defender in the league. Bonzi is a quality swingman as well. More importantly, Scott has been coaching unbelieveably well this year. Paul gets way too much credit

Paul = 21.5 ppg
West = 20 ppg
West is a great player, but Paul is their go to guy.
