Default Russell Westbrook

Is he our PG of the future?

Sure he can score, he is aggressive, he is emotional, and he has the flashy dunks but he also makes, in my opinion, too many turnovers. If we see a guy like Rubio available at our pick in the draft this year or next year could we move around our roster to look like this?

PG-Rubio
SG- Westbrook
SF- Durant
PF- Green
C- Kristic

Depends where you guys are picking at. If you are picking second than I think you definately go with Monroe, as I dont think Krstic is the long term answer at center for you guys. If you guys pick 3rd I dont think you can pass up on Rubio.

Alot of teams that draft high draft for what they need instead of drafting the best player available.

you will probably see a drop in turnovers from westbrook has he gets more experience.

True but I still think he isn't a true PG.

Monroe would be a solid pick for us, I would be very happy with that.

If we take Monroe I might want to trade our two later firsts [Denver+ San Antonio] for an earlier first and get Jonny Flynn if he enters the draft.

We traded the lower of the Denver/SA picks for Thabo.

Or next years Pheonix pick. They said they will asses the one with the least value at the end of the season. I don't really understand how they will do that with the Pheonix pick but whatever as long as its the least valuable.

I don't think Westbrook is a pg either, but he sure needs to step up his outside shot if he wants to be a SG.
